Privacy
We use what you send us to arrange the site visit, prepare your proposal and do the job, and for nothing else. This page says that in a little more detail. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
What you put in the site visit form: your name, mobile, email, suburb, what the enquiry is about, anything you tell us, and any photo or bill you attach. After that, what we need to do the work: your address, details of your switchboard, meter and how you use power, photos of the job before and after, and the paperwork for compliance and warranties.
What we use it for
To reply to you, book the visit, design and price your proposal, do the work, register your product warranties, and look after the work afterwards. We don't sell your details and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the people who have to have it to do the job: the electricity network where a connection application is needed, the manufacturer for warranty registration, and the software we run the business on. Each of them has their own privacy policy for what they hold.
Photos of your install
We photograph every job for our records and your handover pack. We only put a photo on this website or our social pages with your permission, and never with your address or name.
The monitoring app
Your system's monitoring runs on the manufacturer's app, and its privacy policy applies to the data it collects. We can see your system's performance so we can help if something goes wrong; we don't use it for anything else.
This website
We use standard site statistics to see which pages people read. No pop-ups, no chat widgets, no tracking we can't explain in a sentence.
Your details, your call
Want to see what we hold, fix something, or have it deleted? Email admin@aspirepower.com.au and we'll sort it. We keep job records for as long as the warranty and our legal obligations require.
